Refund policy

We hope you love your piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read the following carefully.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all original packaging.

  • To request a return, please contact us first with your order number.

Non-returnable items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Made to Order pieces

  • One-Off pieces

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional periods

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
